[drats_users] Map downloading problem

Is file->connected to internet checked?

That path has nothing to do with D-RATS, FWIW.

If your connectect bit is checked then send me your debug log when
trying to open the map window.  Maybe do a Map->clear cache first, then
exit D-RATS, open, and open the map.  Then send me the debug log.
