[drats_users] Map downloading problem

What am I doing wrong with map downloading?

I tried to download maps for 29.78 lat and -95.44 long with zoom 14. I see many new folders generated in my Map Storage Path in D-Rats but no files.

Thinking it may be a firewall/ACL issue at the EOC, I tried at home and found a 20Mb objects.data file in \windows\system32\wbem\repository but nothing in the Map Storage Path.

Any suggestions please?
