 Hi Dan, I know what you mean about sound on linux.  I've heard about a lot
 of problems with getting sound to work on other applications.  I'm new to
 Linux so I'm probably not a good person to help with trouble shooting.  It
 does make a small sound when I receive a message so it's not a problem.
 Also, it would take too much time to work with me because of my lack of
 experience.  If someone else has the problem and they are more experienced
 with Linux maybe they could help with problem determination.  Thanks for
 getting back to me and thanks for the great program.  You can close or put
