 Using Ubuntu 9.04 - D-Rats Version 0.3.1b4 - GTK 2.16.1
 PyGTK 2.14.1.  I have assigned 3 different sound activities to the Sound
 Preferences.  These are .wav files in my D-Rats directory.  The sounds
 won't play during these activities.  They also will not play when I click
 the play button.  No error messages occur.  If you double click the wav
 file it opens and plays with Rythm Box Music Player.
