[drats_users] Ratflector working?

Nope, it's nothing you're doing wrong.  In the new ratflector update I
made a week or so ago, I've got something in there that is causing it to
exit on some condition but I haven't figured out what.  It only happens
every few days, so it's hard to track down, unfortunately.

Sorry about that, but I'll get it worked out once I track it down...
