[drats_users] Uninstall Drats

This happened to me after I tried to set the file transfer to My Documents.
If you did that you can delete the config file and start over or you can
edit it with Notepad.

Go to Start -> Run
Type %APPDATA%\D-RATS and hit OK
In the resulting window, you'll see the d-rats.config file
