[drats_users] Uninstall Drats

I installed Drats on my computer running Vista Ultimate 64.  The problem I have is now I can no longer bring up the communications window.  When I try to open it, it opens and disappears.  I don't see the drats listed in under programs.  How can I uninstall it correctly?  I've tried deleteing the drats directory but that appears to not delete everything in windows.

I think something is hosed up in windows but don't know where to look to delete all the right pieces so I can reinstall and get it to work correctly.

Also does drats work with the dv dongle and if so, how do you set it up.
