 Well, I don't *think* it's a Win2k issue.  I've run D-RATS on a Win2k box
 relatively recently and didn't have any problem, but I can't really say
 I've done it since the 0.3.0 release.

 Regarding the above description of you steps, can you please tell me what
 "fill in the boxes" entails?  I want to know what exactly you're typing in
 each one of them explicitly.  It might sound silly, but sometimes it's
 very small details that lead to the solution :)
