 Ooops. I misspoke. The bug came back!! If I start the program, go to
 <File-Preferences> then go to the radio page. CLick <Add> and fill in the
 boxes in the popup correctly. Then if I click <Save> it hangs.
 Interestingly, if I uncheck the enable box, it does not hang. I cannot
 enable the radio though without hanging.
 Importantly, I AM USING WINDOWS 2000. MAYBE THAT IS THE PROBLEM.
