I have to say, I think that's the first time I've heard that :)

On the front page of the website, below the screenshot, there is a list
of some of the more common functions that people use it for.

That's a fair point, and one we've been lacking documentation on for a
while.  I just wrote this up, which might help:

Well, I think your best bet is to link your repeater to REF015C and do a
CQCQCQ ping to see who all is on.  I'll let some of the other more
social users suggest a way to stir up some action :)
