[drats_users] Newbie

OK, I have D-RATS set up on my machine, but no where can I find out what to
do with it. The documentation is all about setting it up, but not what to do
with it. I see references to a Ratflector (what ever the heck THAT is), but
how do I connect (or do I?) to it? I've got the cable for my IC-91. Do I
just link my local repeater somewhere and hope there's another D-RATS user
somewhere out there?  I consider myself a fair D-STAR user, but D-RATS has
me buffaloed.
