[drats_users] D-Rats Using The DV-Dongle

Hi Dan,

Sorry it took so long to get back to you on this.  It's tough to find 
someone's attention out here since the Phillies are in the playoffs :-)

Today I was able to try to use D-Rats from my Dongle using DVtool 
2.0beta4 to someone who was on RF.  Both of us were using D-Rats 0.3.1.b6.

We had broken packets 100% of tests 1 and 2.  I couldn't even ping the 
RF station using the Dongle.  The RF station received broken packets, in 
yellow and the text was unintelligible.  When he switched to the Dongle 
everything was ok.

The file wouldn't even start to transfer.  I've attached the debug log.
