[drats_users] Problem send data with D-Rats using a DV-Dongle

A few people here locally are having trouble using D-Rats using the 
DV-Dongle as the interface.  The D-Rats software is the latest version 
0.3.1b6 and the DV-Tool is the latest version  2.0 beta4.  The problem 
is when a DV -Dongle operator sends a message to a D-Rats user who is 
using a radio the packets are broken.  The text is highlighted in yellow 
and usually entirely unreadable with [SOB] at the beginning and [EOB] at 
the end.  The text coming from the radio users is usually ok and 
readable to the DV-Dongle user.  I am wondering if anyone else has this 
problem and what the fix may be.
