All,

There is now an easier way for D-RATS users of Fedora-based Linux
distributions to stay current and up-to-date. We now have a yum
(Fedora's package manager) repository for D-RATS available for users of
Fedora 11 and later.

To setup your system setup to use the repository, simply download and
install the following file:
http://d-rats.com/yum/f11/d-rats-repo-0.1.2-1.fc11.noarch.rpm

Click on the link above, or copy and paste to FireFox, or type the
following in a command shell to install:
su -c 'rpm -Uvh
http://d-rats.com/yum/f11/d-rats-repo-0.1.2-1.fc11.noarch.rpm '

Once the d-rats-repo rpm is installed you will be able to use the
standard graphical and command line Linux tools to install, update and
erase D-RATS:

Dan has detailed instructions for setting up and using the D-RATS
Repository and using the gnome package manager to install D-RATS from
the repository at:
http://www.d-rats.com/component/content/article/30-d-rats-yum-repository/

To install d-rats from the repository manually:
su -c 'yum install d-rats'

To update d-rats to the latest version in the repository by entering:
su -c 'yum update d-rats'

And finally, to erase D-RATS from your system:
su -c 'yum erase d-rats'
... But why would you want to do that?

Thanks to Dan, KK7DS for hosting the repository, to Adrian, VK4TUX for
genertating the d-rats beta packages, and to Mike, N0SO for generating
the d-rats release packages.

Enjoy & 73 de N0SO
