 I have been getting blank emails from a list.  Occasionally I will
 actually get the text but it is cut off towards the end of the message.
 Out of 11 messages only one had the text and it was cut off.  Sort of like
 an over the a lotted number of charracters.  Emails from the DRATS list
 server and bug tracker are now coming through without the Base64 garble.
