The debug logs shows that it *is* trying to send the form from the
outbox and that the W9DBE station is not responding and/or the blocks
are not making it cleanly to the other side.  Was this over RF?

That would happen if you put in three requests, two of which were
serviced and one of which was corrupted.

Since the SSID is a Winlink/Packet thing and not D-STAR related, I could
go for displaying the callsign but I don't think the SSID belongs there.
 File a bug/feature report if you would so I'll remember to do it.

Define "connected stations" in this context.  Any station-to-station
transfer that is in-progress shows up in the Event Log.  Perhaps the
event text for a session could be made to include the station, which
might help that.
