Folks,

I just posted 0.3.2b3 with the following changes:

- Attempt to unify the decision about what is sendable and not between
the email system, form system, and message router. This should help
with some messages being falsely moved to the Outbox that definitely
  aren't sendable.
- Add some locking to the received messages to make sure they don't get
sent out before we're even done receiving them
- Fix send/receive on Python2.5 (including the Windows build)
- Fix (for real this time) locking messages on canceled Forward attempts
- Fix encoding GPS beacons that shouldn't be
- Make the repeater able to forward raw GPS beacons
- Make sure DPRS messages are always uppercase to appease the DPRS
  gateway

A note on the email usage:

D-RATS is intended to be a messenger for digital traffic on D-STAR.
It's not intended to be a standalone email client. The email
functionality is there so that you can be a gateway for other stations
who don't have network access. D-RATS should do its best to determine
what is not a sendable mail message and leave that in the Inbox, but
since its primary function is to bridge messages to other users, it will
always default to putting something in the Outbox if it looks like it
might be sendable (and if this feature is enabled).

Comments on the above and how we can make that clearer for people and/or
fix up the behavior of the app to meet people's expectations and desires
are welcomed :)
