 Okay, I added some more locking to the messages that we create as a result
 of an incoming form, which I *think* will remedy this.  However, since we
 don't have enough information to determine the exact cause or replicate
 the situation, we'll just have to leave this open and see if it crops up
 again.  I think this is an issue that will only show itself on Windows
 because of the way it handles open files, so I'll be depending on you
 Windows users to help me determine that the issue is gone.

 So, be looking for this after 0.3.2b3 and if it doesn't happen after
 stress testing it for a bit, we can close this.
