 Hmm, I was hoping that I'd see more in the debug dump.  Could you try to
 get the actual form file and attach it here as well?  If you know which
 folder it's in, you can delete all the others and then go to start->run
 and type "%APPDATA%\D-RATS\messages" and fish it out of there.
