[drats_users] 0.3.2b1 message hanging

Dan, here's the debug from this location with having a single email message
sitting in the Outbox, with a 15 second interval for forwarding and after
starting up D-RATS and seeing that the message in the Outbox wasn't going to
be sent. And, same as with Ron, I get the Unable To Open: Message In Use By
Another Task if I try and open the message. It was just a simple message
with W0RMT as the destination.
