[drats_users] Getting stuck in a loop?

I'm connected to the Ratflector, and every once in a while I notice 
that D-RATS is using 50% of the processing power.  It's really doing 
nothing that I can tell.  It looks like it lost the Ratflector 
connection as far as the log tells me.
I sent 2 messages that fixed it:
getting rid of 50%
   and
FIX

It's not urgent, but something is going on.
