[drats_users] minor upgrade "stuff" - map data?

For people in the "Stations" overlay, it should be sticky (and appears
to be here, after a quick test).

You're saying that if you receive a position report from someone and
then gracefully close and re-open your D-RATS, they don't re-appear in
the Stations overlay in the map window?

The overlays and state information like that are kept in your profile
("Documents and Settings" on Win32), so that shouldn't be a problem.
