Comment:

 Fixed as of changeset:1377

 The repeater will now require authentication if a users.txt file exists in
 the working directory.  The format is:

    CALL1 password
    CALL2 password
    ...

 A matching "ratflector password" field is now present in D-RATS under the
 "radio" configuration element.

 A new ratflector will work with 0.2.x clients if no authentication is
 required.  An 0.3.x client will work with an old ratflector, but there
 will be a significant delay at the time of connection while it times out
 waiting for the credential exchange.

 This will be in for 0.3.0-alpha11
