 Fixed in changeset:1356

 The FeedParser module refused to expose tags that weren't in the root
 namespace, but only when running in Win32 in frozen (i.e. EXE) mode.  I
 have no idea why this is, but I saw external references to issues with
 namespaces in general.  So, since it's a very simple RSS feed, I just
 added an XML parser to do it manually.
