Comment:

Completed (at least initially) in changeset:1332

This change allows *any* form type with a valid email-like recipient
address to be transported over an SMTP gateway. In the case of an email,
the text will be included in a text/plain part, and the form XML will
appear as a "do_not_open_me" attachment. Other form types won't have a
text/plain part (and thus won't render as much in a regular email client).

To instruct the remote D-RATS to forward to a specific RF user, use the
following format: CALL%foo at bar.com, where CALL is the RF user's callsign,
and foo at bar.com is the receiving email address of the remote D-RATS
 instance.
