This didn't make it to the list because the log file was 750KB.  Next
time, please trim it down a bit or just omit it from the email and send
it to me privately.

The reason is that the search strings are regular expressions and '$'
has significant meaning in the syntax.  Try a filter of '\$GGA' to see
if that works.
