[drats_users] map loading

With much help from Dan, I got D-RATS 0.3.0a4 loaded and working on a 
computer.  The program wouldn't initially run, and Dan found that a 
file wasn't created, so if couldn't find it.  This computer has not 
had a D-RATS program on it before.  (Loaded a file, and away it went!)
Now that that's stated, I can't get any maps to load.  I have 
positions for at least a couple of stations and myself, but the map 
has red X with NO IMAGE messages.  Did I need to use the map 
downloader or something else first?  That computer does have an 
internet connection.
Suggestions?
