[drats_users] D-Rats repeater linux auto restart

Well, I'm not sure what to say about that. The ratflector machine
starts the repeater app with -C and no display, so if it didn't
automatically start, there would be no way to start it manually and
thus nobody would be able to connect :)

I was really referring to maintaining the localhost connection here
with d-rats comms, sorry for not being clearer.
If I could run -C option in the shell with connection verbose, I guess it
would be easier to see what is happening with localhost and ratflector connections,
but I guess they are maybe there. I tried preference > save, then cq ping, but had no result
in stations view some time (hours) into running the repeater -C option cron.

Attempting to send something (like a QST) will trigger another
30-second reconnect phase, which is probably why you see that work.

No all qst´s turned off in the d-rats comms.

As I said when repeater gui loses the ratflector connection,
the off/on cycle always restores it no matter how long after
it was disconnected, with no d-rats comms interaction happening
beforehand other than being localhost connected.
