[drats_users] D-Rats repeater linux auto restart

Dan , Running the cron on server machine and cleared the station list. 
When I cq ping on the server d-rats comms, nothing showed up.

Checked the pid running ok

16455 /bin/bash /root/download/D-Star/d-rats-linux2/repeater.sh

When I opened d-rats comms preferences and then saved; the localhost 
reconnected,
as with the repeater gui if it is (re)started after d-rats comms. Re: cq 
pinging station pane, then showed stations to confirm localhost 
connection had made.
So this issue now stops the server machine d-rats comms staying connected.
This is probably no biggie as I am not there anyhow(setup via vnc), and 
at least incoming connections via repeater also now have the ratflector 
connectivity.
Would have been handy in text mode if it just could have been commanded 
OFF then On again, but this workaround seems ok.
