[drats_users] D-STAR Book with RATS now available

A few weeks ago Nifty Ham Accessories released a new book providing
comprehensive information
for D-STAR operation, titled "Nifty E-Z Guide to D-STAR Operation.

This book is geared towards getting people up and running on D-STAR and as
far as I
know is the only printed resource available.

In addition to many other topics, there is half a chapter devoted to
installing, configuring and using D-RATS.

The book is avaialable from the Nifty Ham Accessories web page and
distributors are just now getting inventory.  Books will soon be available
from: HRO, ARRL, AES, Universal Radio and several others.
