[drats_users] D Rats help

Dear Dan: Great. Thank you for quick reply. I am at VA7ICM Surrey BC 
repeater. I can set the radio to your or some one else's call sign/ 
repeater. gateway, or some one else's as well if they advise okay to Chat. 
Can try sending a message or ping. Would any member might want to try it 
out.
