[drats_users] D-rats config file?

Dan,
 
Where is the user configuration file kept in D-rats?  I wanted to copy 2.9
v14 update from my desktop to laptop  to keep from having to re-do the
configs.
 
I moved both the D-rats application program and the Documents &
Settings/Application Data/d-rats folders, but still won't bring in my
configs.
 
I know, it's a stupid problem, just wanted to know.  If it's too much
bother, just bag it.
