[drats_users] D-RATS 0.3.0-alpha2 on CentOS 5.2

Had to do a couple of things to get this going;

1. Download;  
http://d-rats.com/hg/hgwebdir.cgi/d-rats-0.3.hg/raw-file/b074ec9b5fce/d_rats/map_sources.py
 (the raw format to d-rats sub-folder)
