[drats_users] New UI mock-up screenshots

Hi all,

I have put up a few *very* rough mock-up screen shots of where I was
thinking of going with the UI.  Don't obsess too much over the details
because I just threw this together to illustrate what is in my head.
However, it may be useful to use these as a starting point for more
discussion.
