[drats_users] D-rats Transfer Settings

Dan,

Our group on the local d-star reflector (W9YR) has been discussing the
various transfer settings for d-rats.  

We all seem to need some direction as to standard settings for repeater vs
simplex file transfers.  Our repeater appears to have great Chat capability,
but suffers during file transfer requests. There's a definite problem during
multiple access requests.

Are there published standard settings.  What variables do what in the
Transfer Settings?

Also, just noticed my last email digest response was Thursday 12/3.   Still
having problems since the "fire"?
