[drats_users] DVTool Connection Refused

This is very cool.? I don't know why I didn't notice the DV Dongle choice on radio setup.? However, my first attempts show the connection being refused by DVTool?.? I am on 2.0B2?I will look for B3.



What am I missing that is causing the connection to be refused.
