For your info, I just started D-RATS with DVTool 2.0b3, and it 
started fine.  Just saw a D-PRS beacon pop up in the log, so seems to 
be working fine.  I'm also running Vista Home Premium (64 bit in my 
case).  Looks like D-RATS and the new DVTool beta are playing nicely for me.
