[drats_users] localhost connection 0.3.0 CentOS 5

After trying quite a few tests I could not get the repeater to see the
localhost connection from d-rats comms.

I checked etc/hosts ok and checked canyouseeme.org with 9000 input,
which showed the proxy 9000 port
 was accepting ok, i.e. port open and successful.

In d-rats comms I would set the connection under network option
host: localhost ,name the same with no password 9600 baud, and the
result connection id: net:localhost:9000 ,
looked fine, so that one has me beat, as was fine until the final
version was tried.

I took it all out(program);

python setup.py install --record files.txt

then

cat files.txt | xargs rm -rf

I installed http://d-rats.danplanet.com/download/v0.2.x/d-rats-0.2.11.tar.gz

This works great; re localhost interaction and no issue as above.

I note; I did not have this issue on fedora 10, but only CentOS 5.
