Comment:

 You can use the message template editor to add a priority field to any
 form you like.

 Since many people will want to use the ICS-213 (et al) forms in the exact
 specification, a priority field in the main display will just take up
 horizontal display space (which is already at a premium).

 I'm planning to allow you to create new folders soon, so you should be
 able to organize your messages by priority into separate folders.
