[drats_users] Correctly configuring D-Rats to talk to myself

Bingo. I copied the d-rats config from my 2820 (that works perfectly fine), the different baud rate would explain the problems quite well. 

I'll post a follow up to be sure after I test, hopefully that's the only problem.
