 When the "Lookup by Address" option is selected (in Preferences > GPS) it
 opens a new window titled "Locate an Address".  This window is placed
 behind the Config window and although data can still be entered into the
 Locate an Address window and it can be moved the Locate an Address window
 cannot be brought to the front, making it hard to use on a small screen.
 Whilst the Locate an Address window is open, the Config window cannot be
 selected or moved out of the way.
