[drats_users] Failed to connect (after it was working)

It's failed before, and when I restart the program it's OK.

Because of the message you just clarified won't open it.  Now that I 
know, it's clear, but it appeared that it tried.  Since I was 
scratching my head wondering what happened, messages about the GPS 
part of the program having issues looks like it may have been it. 
Clearly not.
