[drats_users] Failed to connect (after it was working)

I don't have any GPS connected, or GPS software running.  It's 
possible my printer or scanner USB acted up, but both are off.  My 
"camera card reader" is USB, but doesn't have any card in it, and acts 
like a memory device.

Yep, I was changing preferences to try to get my two computers to 
talk, the other having a 91AD and this one the 2820.  Oh well, maybe 
just a random glitch?
