 Connected to ratflector and pinged CQCQCQ.
 1 station responded which populated the Stations column.  Tooltip
 indicates correct last heard time.

 The last heard time incremented as expected.

 Pinged the same station a few minutes later and received ping response,
 however Stations list did not reset last heard time to 0 and last heard
 tooltip did not update.

 I tried this with a few other stations that connected to the ratflector
 and had the same results.
