Even at low power settings... the IC-91AD gets hot.  Hot enough that I 
honestly think it could be dangerous.  (Yeah, I've purposely abused 
mine... any good operator would shut down and let it cool.)

If I were EmComm leadership I'd warn users:  The IC-91AD is in-general 
not designed for this type of high duty-cycle activity.
