Well, the repeater application that comes with D-RATS provides that sort
of functionality, if you have two radios.  You can tell it to repeat the
data between two serial ports and create somewhat of a poor man's
digital data repeater.

Maybe you could explain more of what you're looking for and we could try
to come up with some ideas?
