In a last-minute herculean effort, I just posted b8.  It has SMTP auth,
TLS, and a button to send local forms via email.  I made that button
small because I don't want it there, so it's ugly to remind me to change
it.  Expect an error on exit, but it should do for some testing :)

Dave: I snuck the WU personal fix in there too...
