Hi all,

I just posted 0.2.8b7 with the following changes:

- Added language selection in the settings dialog, removed the
  environment variable
- Add lookup-by-address button back in
- Add a "Connected to internet" master toggle
- Fix the progress dialog for map loading to prevent the user from
  confusing the logic with multiple clicks
- Add announcement of newly received emails in the chat window
- Add tool tips to various fields in the settings dialog
- Fix up file transfer logic to improve performance and recovery time
  when an rACK or ACK block gets lost
- Fix up file transfer logic to not close the connection prematurely if
  a block in the last "round" is lost
- Update the Italian translation a bit (thanks Leo!)
