[drats_users] GPS Reciever Question

I have a nice little "how to" on the cabling I built to connect the IC-91ad to the GPS and computer. I'm not sure if we have a "Files" section where I can upload it, or whether it's even appropriate to put it on this board since it's really devoted to D-Rats.
