[drats_users] D-rats 2.9.b12 Email problem

Hi,
 
When receiving an email in D-rats I receive the email through the 91ad, but
get this message when the email attempts to foreword:
 
12-20-2008_11:22:48: K9LMM> [EMAIL GW] Remote station K9MLT not authorized
for automatic outbound email service; Message held for local station
operator.
 
Could I have some obscure security setting causing this?
